Club Legend and Life Member Plays Game 200 Tomorrow

30 Nov 2018 by Nicholas Ryan

Tomorrow Stephen Dwyer will notch up his 200th game for the Pirates. Smeater has been a loyal servant of the club from the moment he joined the club, moving down from Melbourne many years ago. He has served many volunteer roles within the club including his current extended effort as coach of the U13s. On the field Smeats has been a leading light for a long time. Leading the way with the new ball and with the bat in the lower order, playing many crucial roles. Congratulations Steve! We hope it will be a winning milestone game!
